1. Service Description

Vezity Visuals provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to event photography, portrait sessions, and commercial projects. Services include the creation, editing, and delivery of digital and/or physical photographic and video content.

2. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking and communication.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Respect our photographers and staff during sessions. We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if the safety or well-being of our staff is at risk.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Copyright Ownership

All photographs, negatives, digital files, and other works created by Vezity Visuals are protected by copyright law. Vezity Visuals retains the full and exclusive copyright to all images and works created. This means we own the copyright and can use the images for our portfolio, marketing, and other business purposes.

Client Use License

Upon final payment, Vezity Visuals grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the final, high-resolution digital files for personal use only. This license allows you to:

  • Print the photos for personal display.
  • Share the photos on social media for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you credit Vezity Visuals.
  • Create personal albums, slideshows, or other non-commercial products.

You may not sell, modify, license, or commercially use the images without our explicit written consent. Any unauthorized commercial use, including but not limited to selling prints, stock photos, or using images for business advertising, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a copyright infringement.

4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

  • All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time.
  • The full balance is due on or before the date of the session.
  • In the event of a client cancellation, the deposit is forfeited.
  • In the unlikely event that Vezity Visuals must cancel, we will make every effort to reschedule or will issue a full refund of all payments received.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vezity Visuals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or emotional distress. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vezity Visuals, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vezity Visuals operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action related to these Terms shall be filed in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
